ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, our products are absolutely authentic. We started this venture for the purpose of making luxury brands more accessible to Antiguans who love fashion and luxury brands. We rely on luxury curators in the U.S. and Italy to provide us with authenticated pieces that our customers can feel comfortable and reassured in purchasing. We therefore guarantee the authenticity of every purchase.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do offer customers e-gift cards. Our gift cards allow you to choose your own amount and even add a personalized message. Click here to see our gift cards. 

DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY AND FINANCING PLANS?

Yes, we do. You've asked for it and we have delivered. We offer two payment options under our Luxury Layaway Plan. Your can opt for automatic recurring payments or a flexible payment plan. Either way, this is a great way to financially plan for your luxury purchase and investment. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do allow customer returns. However, this must be done upon delivery and pick-up of your purchase. Once you leave with your purchase you will not be able to return it. We therefore suggest you carefully inspect your purchase before signing off on delivery/receipt. Delivery details can be seen during and after purchase. This does not apply to layaway items unless it is damaged or incorrect in some way. 

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase. However, PayPal is the payment gateway we use for checkout. If you do have a PayPal account, PayPal will automatically detect this and sign you in for payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, PayPal will simply ask you to pay with your debit/credit card like any other online purchase. 

DO PRICES INCLUDE CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Yes, our prices include customs charges, shipping and other taxes. Once you purchase an item with us what you are charged is the final, total cost of the item(s).
